A short visit to Bogor for a workshop and gladly could spare my tight schedule to see the palace directly. Sadly i couldn't see it closer and only admire it from outside the gate and fence. Was it because i came too early in the morning and the gate was still closed? Hopefully i could come back again and get through the gate and see the palace much closer.

Of all the Presidential Palaces, the Bogor Presidential Palace is the best palace I have ever seen, no wonder Mr. Joko Widodo chose this place as a place to live with his family while sitting in the presidential chair, I always dreamed of living in this green and beatuful place

I was so lucky to have visited this place twice during the birthday event of Kota Bogor, the first time was in 2008 the most memorable cause I was literally explore every room in the palace with the guide explaining the function of each room. The second time in 2014 I wasn't able to come in, just take the step on the stairs. This place is magical, it has its own charm that makes you amazed of every corner inside. The garden is so unique with lots of statue... Too bad, we were not allowed to take picture inside the palace.
