It is recommended hotel staying in Bengkulu, at least for the comfortabilty room, cleanlines and safety. Like others Santika hotel, they provides various menu breakfast, however in term of food quality and taste, this hotel still needs to learn with the others santika hotel in Semarang or Malang for better improvement.

The location was great, easy to notice and access, there's quite a few restaurants nearby, and the room service was quick too. The lift however was quite small, maybe half of the regular lift, as the pool also. I recommend you not to swim at night because apparently you'll be swimming with caterpillars.

Excellent service! Friendliest staff I've met from all the Santika hotels I've been. Lots of varieties of delicious food. Would come back if visiting Bengkulu. Highly recommended.

I would imagine this is the nicest hotel in Bengkulu (that's what the locals told me) and would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit. The amenities is fine. Santika Bengkulu give an excellent spread of buffet breakfast. Room, food, laundry rate is not bad.

Friendly staff, clean room, for the food nearby hotel there is baso pentol nona, geprek bensu and if you want to order recomend for "well the food". Also near natasha skin care, martha tilaar spa

My most favorite part of staying in a hotel is the buffet breakfast. Every staff member we met gave us a friendly greeting and a smile. The breakfast their provide is great. The variety for breakfast menu are fantastic for ★★★ hotel. The evening buffet was good, enough variation.

A nice resting place after hours of travel. It has just what you want. I like Santika for it’s simplicity and effort to promote local dishes during breakfast service. This is one of the local chain hotel that is able to maintain consistency of service everywhere you stay.
I give four stars for its delicious breakfast, yet the facility quality and finishing shall be better. I had to stay at smoking room, which had burnt mark on the table, shower space has no door/partition to prevent spalshing water.
