This hotel is overrated. The hotel does not look pristine at all compared to the images in their website and internet. The staffs working on night shift were humble, polite, and helpful. However, the one especially the front desk person on morning shift was very unfriendly. She worked efficiently however she did not possess any hospitality skills at all. She presented herself as a very non-welcoming person. I think she should be placed at the back office instead of front desk. I felt really unwelcome even though I paid for my stay (2 nights) and I was literally asking her to give me room to stay, a very standard request for a front desk service.
Next is the water. This is at least a 3-star hotel. But the water coming out from my shower is not as abundant as the other hotels I have experienced staying. The water coming out from my toilet for flushing has the same problem. I’m so sad. This hotel is lack of non potable water for their operational. They should be inspected and given some warnings from the local government.
Next is this hotel is NOT soundproof. My room was on the 6th floor and I could hear all the noises from traffic very clearly. The honks from trucks, buses, motorcycles, and cars were just too much as well as the sirens from ambulance. This hotel does not even offer you a comfortable and quiet stay.
I have stayed in hotels situated in the middle of a bustling metropolitan city, but they have better qualities. Quiet and comfortable stays. The noises from the outside could not get through the walls.
Next is the foods for breakfast. It’s cool that they have “all you can eat” buffet, but the foods are so so.
Overall, very disappointing for the price they charged me to stay in this hotel.
