The service at this hotel was outstanding when compared to other hotels at this price point in Java. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The grounds and pool are lush and well manicured. Best of all, the service: the front desk brought us extra small appliances we requested, immediately and discretely and at no extra charge. I also love how they called to check in with us in our room just to ensure everything was okay. You'd be surprised how many things don't work well yet in this part of the world, and Ketapang Indah helped us throw those low expectations out the window. Thanks again!

Comfortable, swanky resort in Banyuwangi, about 5 minutes car ride away from Ketapang station and about 8 minutes from the ferry terminal that takes you to Bali.

Decent-sized, comfortable rooms with good Wifi. The washroom was clean and the hot shower was excellent and relaxing.

The best part is you have access to the beach, though it's a black sand beach, and not the cleanest. The breeze is cool and there is a boardwalk as well.

There's a pool with a bar as well as a nice beach-facing restaurant with excellent dinner options (both Western u0026 Indonesian).

Stay two nights in two cottage garden near pool area. Room clean enough, amenities standard. Great view. Breakfast menu mostly local, nice taste. Room service meals taste can be improved. Flies are everywhere, so keeps your doors closed all time.

Nice hotel! Personnel are also kind and polite. Room is clean and fresh. Bathroom as well. I miss a refrigerator in our room.
Arrived in the evening on our way to Bali but feels already in Bali! A lot of parking spaces.
Morning (sunrise) view is great. After that, having breakfast with the view to the ocean and our final destination Bali.
Will definitely return someday.
PS: extend for another day here and have diner in the restaurant. Gurame and Pitik were great! You have to wait quite a long time before you can enjoy it but it’s worth the wait!

Good place to stay let it for leisure or transit if you wanted to travel to Bali the next day. Good food, good room, friendly staff. If you get there by night, be careful as the sign is easy to miss.

Nice place to get relaxation and refreshing. Nice view direct to beach and nice concept. We're really enjoy to stay one night in Ketapang Indah. The taste of the food also good enough.

Ketapang Indah ia great value, though a bit impersonal and a bit standard. The staff is very friendly and professional. It has a nice garden, and they did a nice packed breakfast for me. Dinner was very good---I had the tahu and sop buntut. The picture shows the view from my Superior Garden Room. The place is bike-friendly, but if you arrive on a bike, make sure to get a room at ground floor.
