Can buy tickets from online using Ferizy app. So make it easier and the staffs are good also. Some people smoke in non-smoking area, i hope staff can takw care of it.

Nice ferry system now. Very fast. Every 15min already ferry turover. Very good. But now u hv to have vaccinated n rapid antigen test

The ferry port Ketapang (Banyuwangi) to Gilimanuk (Bali) is very neat and clean. Parking attendant is very helpful..

Quick trip to Bali, bought ticket at the port office and completed the antigen test on the room next to the office, 10 minutes all done and on to the ferry, the satpam was very helpful showing us where to park and go, clean toilet on ferry, ferry every 30 minutes/1 hour and takes 45 minutes to cross
