The atmosphere of the hotel is nice and cozy. We got complimentary buffet dinner upon arrival which was amazing. The food was quite ok. Breakfast was also not bad.
But the bed was a not clean which was just too bad. Both my son and I had itches all over our body.

Been here for family stay of 2 days in August 2022. Comfort and very clean, good view and wide parking lot. During staying here we visited Taman Nasional Baluran 30 minutes distance and Taman Gandrung Terakota 60 minutes distance from hotel Illira. Suggestion to management: since only provided 1 key access card, it made so hassle to leave the room with children inside. Management better provide 2 key cards. Thanks.

We stayed at Illira Hotel mid July 2022.
The hotel has everything it needs to be a very good hotel.
Unfortunately, there are 2 elements which make it a mediocre hotel: the smell coming from the bathroom, and the noise. We stayed in room 907, which is on the 9th floor. Unless you enjoy the prayers from the imam, I would not recommend this hotel, as the windows are not isolated enough (not even on the 9th floor !), so we heard the preayers every night for many hours. One day, the prayers lasted from 3am till 12h at noon. The hotel is located in the neigbourhood of imams as well as schools (I believe) which explains the constant praying.

A tower property nestled between the Sea and the mountains. All rooms have sea view and some both.

The hotel is serviced by an extremely friendly and hospitable team. Thank you Riza, Prima, Tigar and Chef Tri. You guys are great!!!

It is a big 10 story hotel in Banyuwangi. I stopped here to overnight from bali to yogya. It is convenient not to far from the ferry and on the main north and south coastal roads from java. The room was large and comfortable, especially I liked the mattress, and I slept well. The only drawback is that the room was a bit noisy, I could follow the activities of my neighbour quiet well. Also the prayer houses surrounding the hotel can give some loud noise. Otherwise staff is very helpfull and prices are reasonable.

for a three star hotel, the service was good, the room were huge, and the rate are a bit above standard 3 star....but still need more developing on several items....

you'll get a very affordable rate for the connecting room, and it's worth if you came along with big family....????????????????

Room for the price is fair. Humble staff. The view of Banyuwangi ocean from the hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast also very good.
