Good hotel at great value. The lobby area is spacious directly facing the outdoor swimming pool. They also have a restaurant at the 1st floor. The rooms were clean and standard with basic amenities, the interior has yet to be remodeled as it looks already worn out by time and use. The staff are nice. It would be a great addition if they could provide a QR code in the room regarding the hotel information, restaurant menu for in-room dining, or other promotion they have going on for guests.

A nice place to stay in Banyuwangi. The room is clean, the staff are helpful, and my breakfast (suhoor, to be precise) is nice. I can't give 5 stars since there are things that should be improve, such as the speed of service. But I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Banyuwangi.

This hotel is not suitable at all for vacation or chill. They provide pool but not with the sunbed, really?
The staff was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, bellboy, hk, restaurant waitress. The breakfast was standart menu, Live stir fry kwetiau and vegetables tasted so great.

Excellent!
We check-in around midnight, and of course everything had already taken care of. I love their lobby design and i think it could be upgraded from Santika (3-stars) to Santika Premiere (4-stars).
Always love Santika. The room reach Santika standard. My room has balcony that facing sea and jungle. I had good sleep and solid shower.
Once again, the service was excellent. Big up to Mr. Dede in the restaurant that accomodated our needs. Also, the FO team.
Location is premium as well. Just a few minutes away from Banyuwangi's downtown.
Bravo, Santika Banyuwangi.

The food are not good when i was there. The bihun is apek. The bread are rough. The fried rice looks like the rice are not well done

This hotel has a welcoming lobby. Their personnel is friendly, helpful and has professional personal interest in guests. Rooms are clean. During the COVID-19 pandemic they provide medical masks for guests, whenever rooms are cleaned. The selection of breakfast items is modest but more than enough.
