The hotel is great, which is all well and good.

There are 3 miserable looking monkeys kept in a tiny caged area though, which in this day and age is unforgivable in any country.

Without the captive monkeys the place would have been 5/5, (though don’t get too excited by the cakes at breakfast, they’re rubbish). The other breakfast food was all fantastic though. Great service from staff.

Massive resort in a small district. The room is clean, and staffs are nice and helpful. The Garden is well looked after. Some foreigners might not get used to the loud sound of praying call ( adzan ).

It was nice. Just nice.

We stayed in a junior suite. I don't have any problems with the room. It was spacious, the room met the description perfectly. Close to mount Ijen, the air was clean and fresh.

The thing is, I have this expectation that I will sit on the balcony or porch with my family watching the rice field and beautiful sunset. But what I actually had was a parking lot.
Little did I know it was meant for another room. With a cheaper price than mine.
Well, I guess we can't have it all.

And we choose this hotel over the other is because we travel along with the kids. And we expect there will be lots of activity for him. But again, not really.

During my stay, the electricity went on and off several times.

I can hardly use the hotel wifi from my room. Limited selection of breakfast.

And they served 'Canned Sardines' as a breakfast menu.

100 stars for service!!!! I was sick and they especially made me porridge for dinner even though it wasn't on the menu. Everyone is extremely friendly and kind and most speak English. The suites are immaculate. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent services and facility. View to rice terrace and pools. We can even walk on the rice terrace.
Dinner menu nd breakfast buffet have various options including local, asian, western food and drink

A nice quiet resort within the ijen geopark..the rooms are clean and big and the service are excellent .one small thing is that the location is quite far from the city area .

Great view, nice u0026 friendly staff and big room. Hot water not enough when hotel have many guests. Overall it is the best hotel for ijen hike.
