A beautiful, green lush hotel which for a moment may make you forget that you're in Banyuwangi, a sea side city with hot temperature. With Javanese style architecture, and low rise building, the hotel is easily accessible and enjoyable. However, there's still room for improvement for the food quality. Otherwise the hotel could have had been perfect.

Nice people, though I am from India felt comfortable. Couldn't see many vegetarian dishes my breakfast was okok. When I requested a vegetarian dishes for dinner they just surprised with spicyyyy food. Rooms are nice, well lit and clean.

I booked villa type room which was the highest room in this hotel (double the price from normal room) but they not allow asking for extra pillow and blanket. Prefer to stay on nearby hotel in banyuwangi which having better facility with sea view where they giving excellent service (already try it before).
Sorry but you lost 1 potential repeating costumer.

Perfect stay at El Royale Banyuwangi! The bedroom was beyond my expectation. Spacious with balcony. (All bedrooms type have balcony). Very clean and well maintained. Aircon and hot water in bathroom functioned well. Lighting is good, not too bright and not too dark.
Hotel area is so huge, with lot of gardens gave us “resort vibes”. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking space is 100% outdoor and spacious.
I think El Royale is the best among other hotels in Banyuwangi with the same rate. Location is in suburb area, but not too far from city center. It only takes 5-10 minutes drive from hotel to city center.

Great hotel for big corporate event in Banyuwangi! Huge ball room for conference and good back yard for team activity!

Hotel was big and has a gigantic pool. They also offer floaties for a relatively cheap price. Macaroons were so good and not that expensive.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, good service, nice hotel staff and security and really good for relaxing
