This was our first time in Banyuwangi and we were on our way to Bali. We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. The drove from Surabaya is quite challenging as the last 188 km is non-toll road and it took approximately 6 hours. However, that 6 hour drive was all worth it once we reach the hoteI. The view overlooking Bali is spectacular from the hotel. Especially, when we spent our afternoon swam in the swimming pool while looking over at Bali Island. The ocean view suite room was very nice as it has the amazing view of the ocean view lawn and swimming pool. The food was delicious and the price is quite reasonable for a five star hotel. Everybody in the hotel was nice and polite. Overall this hotel was very nice and it sparked joy. Thank you Dialoog for giving my a memorable experience in Banyuwangi.

Amazing hotel.. I never thought that Banyuwangi can have this kind of beautiful hotel. Great staff. Delicious food. Comfortable and clean bed room. This hotel even has a big ball room. All is amazing! Perfect choice for vacation or business meeting

A delightful and beautiful experience.
The design of the room is beautiful and really comfortable
The food is great with a lot of variety
The view by the pool is stunning
The bar, oh gosh the cocktails are so good !!
The staff is super nice and really helpful

Didn’t have the opportunity to try the spa, but my friend did and had a great experience !
I recommend this hotel a 100%, one of our best experience in Java island ????????????

Excellent hotel! Sunrise view from this location is great. Good room, friendly staff, good food. Restaurant is nice with different breakfast from previous day and many choices.
Infinity swimming pool is superb with view to Bali island and the sea.

Easily the best hotel in East Java. The location is great overlooking the Bali Strait, you can view the sunrise from your room when the sky is clear. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I also recommend you to try Casabanyu Restaurant within the hotel, they made excellent western and local food. I will give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

I love the vibes, i love almost everything about this hotel. But not the best place to get when comes to the serenity. You will awake as soon as 3.30am. But most of all, i give big credit to the hospitality. Best notch !!!

This hotel never fail me when transiting to Bali. I’ve stayed here twice, first in 2021 when everything locked down due the plandemic and then 2022 when everything including tourism start to recover.

Breakfast super delicious with good view. Room is neat also. Staff super friendly. And the welcome drink! They serve cold jamu , it refreshes your tiredness after long haul driving!
