First time arrived, bell boy helped us brought our belongings but didn’t ask our name nor room number.
Receptionist great.
Our room was dirty. Dusty carpet, curtain, chairs and made my allergies reoccurred.
The hot waters didn’t work well. I had to took a bath with cold water in a cold weather.
The breakfast food was really had much variety. It was so fun until I tasted them. Had no taste at all. Even omelette didn’t tasty. Quite disappointed.
The only thing I love is, the hotel was kid friendly. I love it so much. We had so much fun in mini zoo

Dirty rooms, I've been to a more clean budget hotel. The carpets on the halls are also pretty dull colored, tho the marble floors on the common areas are well taken care of.
The AC is cold, temperature control doesn't work.
Thankfully the bathroom works well, warm water flows endlessly.
Those who come for the abundant children entertainment area, don't bother. The pool is nice, but the water is so cold I'm not sure younger children should swim there. The flooring on the playground is in a bad shape, and there's extra fee to use the kids gym.

Wonderful stay at Grand Tjokro Premier Bandung. Strategic location and the breakfast menus are splendid! There's mini zoo and many other kids activities here so your little ones would not get bored during the stay. You can also order room add-on for your little ones, fun camp. Recommended accomodation for you who seek for kids friendly hotel!

We booked the family room, it was decent, lighty and good overall. The service is excellent. The breakfast is great, so many menus you could have asked for. The hotel is great for kids, since it has playground, mini zoo and other services such as kid spa etc. Please consider stay at this hotel when your kids are on holiday! very budget friendly hotel on cihampelas.lots of local stores and mall nearby. Huge room, windows and bathroom. Very nice! Saw some squirrels on the trees on front of our room. Cute! But Truth to be told the room kind of smells like mold and damp. Probably from the carpets. And could use more lighting on some spots. It is too dark for me. The hot water is just as it is. Could not get any hotter than it is. My worst experience in parking lot. Though they have valet, I do not really trust my car with someone else. When there is an event at the hotel, you could barely find a spot for your car. It was a nightmare! Come on, please do something with your parking lot!

This hotel is perfect if you are family with young kids.

They have mini zoo and playground at their rooftop to entertain the kids.

Breakfast buffet is big...but parking space is limited...a big problem if you traveling with car.

Stayed here from Saturday September 10th. To Sunday September 11th.

Pros.
1. Good location.
2. Good staff. All the staff will greet you
3. Good facilities for kids. Mini Playground. Mini cinema. Mini zoo. etc
4. Near two modern minimarket
5. The hotel has modern minimarket inside

Cons.
1. Old hotel. The room where I stayed 536...the carpet got burn hole from the cigarette. There was some grafitti on the furniture. The corners near the window wasn't cleaned.
2. Don't mind parking your car if you staying at the hotel on Saturday and Sunday. They don't have enough parking space.
3. I was staying at room 536. The shower door wouldn't close. So we use the bathtub instead. But the bathtub drain was leaking. So we had to use the shower with no door. Either way...the bathroom floor was all wet
4. My wife and daughter got stuck in the elevator for few seconds.
5. Don't expect too much with the breakfast. Looks can be deceiving.
6. The card sensor on my room door was gone.
7. What covid? If you stayed at this hotel...be prepare to be surprised. Most of the guests did not wear any mask. Some of the staff also didn't wear any mask.
