Bandung Zoo is a great place to see and learn about a lot of animals. And also has a good layout. If you have children then this might be a good place to take them on the weekends. But the sanitary there isn't good enough. But overall it's really good ????????

Nice little zoo (well, surprisingly big for the middle of the city!). Lots of different animals, super cool to feed the giraffes!! The bigger animals need bigger cages in my opinion, like the tigers, lions, elephants and bears. They don’t have so much space. Multiple improvements are being done at the moment, so it’s even getting better!

The place is clean, not all area are smelly.

Hope they can develop a new way for the giraffes to drink. When we visited, the giraffes tried to drink and since the water is on the ground, the giraffes couldn’t reach it.
And i don’t think it’s good to leave the turkey outside, they’re pretty aggressive.

But overall it’s a great experience

A zoo in Bandung, West java.
There's a lot of variety animals. The time I came the place really clean, the animals seems healthy.
The only downside maybe the canteen, because i came in the morning and on the weekdays, not a lot place to eat. But other than that its a good place to take family enjoy the day..

50+k per person for this? Not worth it at all. Please pay closer attention to your “old” animals and not just the “new” ones. The giraffes look great but omg the tigers and bears were thin. They looked like they did not enjoy being there at all. Please create a better environment for them.

Much better than the last time I visited. There are so many upgrades with this new management. If you're going here, you must visit the feeding sections, specially the bird feeding when you can enter the big cage and feed the birds there.

A zoo in the heart of the city. Located nearby ITB, entrance ticket is quite pricey (compared to Ragunan). But, a good choice if you want to have morning walk while your child enjoys animal watching.
