A medium high end mall which have many Branded anchor tenants such as: ZARA, PULLu0026BEAR, STRADIVARIUS, Hu0026M, UNIQLO.
Other famous brand for either sports or ladies needs for cosmetics; PUMA, SPORTS STATION, ONITSUKA TIGER, etc.

This mall is also kids friendly for every ages, they have children playground and game arcade to cater the kids, such as: KIDZOONA, GAME MASTER, MINNIAPOLIS, 23 JUMP STREET.

In this mall also have some pharmacies just in case you need medicine, they are: CENTURY u0026 GUARDIAN.

Not forgetting there so many options of restaurants u0026 food court either inside the building and outside the building!

There are 2 budget hotels in this area; FAVE u0026 YELLO hotel.

Lastly, there are about 4 lobby or entrances to the mall, RUHAI, CAI, HEJO u0026 LANGIT so there will not be a pack or jammed whrmen you are entering.

The best thing about 23 Paskal is its open spaces. It's easy to find spots with natural lighting and open air. Although small, the mall feels alive and growing following the day-night cycle of life, does not feel like a "concrete cage" at all. The interior mixes both modern u0026 traditional elements nicely. Many spots to hang out, benches to rest - a few are quite hidden, fantastic for pulling yourself from the crowd (to recharge?).

Finally, food. Many alternatives here, but the locations are spread over and between the floors. A disaster for the first timers, but after some time it's kind of automatic. There're also shops outside the main building that offer delicious alternatives. Many of the spots are memorable.

This mall also has a dedicated nursery room, although it's also its minus. Another minus is the long queue when exiting the parking area. Not always, but it's really bad when it happens.
Facilities are well maintained. Quite lively but not too crowded during weekends and/or holidays. Great for individuals, families, or groups.

Mall is cool and all, but it seems like cleanliness is not a priority here. You'll find dirty corners here and there. Not sure what's up with that. Toilet is straight up awful. It's filthy, smells bad and uncomfortable. I don't get what their 'concept' was. I've seen rest area lavatories cleaner than the ones here.
Overall, this mall is up there with Bandung Electronic Center as malls with some of the most unsanitary toilets.

A nice shopping center in Bandung!
