My stay didn’t start off well due to my first room. I went to the front desk and talked with the receptionist about my a/c and they sent a technician to look at it. I also wasn’t satisfied with the condition of the room and went back to the front receptionist. They did a great job finding me a better room with a/c working better. I also had a follow up from the on-site supervisor and she agreed that my first room was not up to standards. So the staff here gets 5 stars, room so far will get 4 stars. I just wish the a/c would go to 16* but I will settle with one that is working properly at 18*. Great people and will help you when needed.
