We had a meeting in this hotel, on the 3rd floor. Great meeting room. Generous staffs. Marvellous sea view. Delicious lunch. Just realized it is integrated with department store

- exectutive room design is weird
- breakfast menu was super monoton. And at 7, all menu was not ready.
- service is bad. The waitress were not have initiatives to make good condition for the completeness menu.
- in summary, this service from employee is slow response.
- in day 3, my room cleaned at 4 p.m.

The place is fair, have mall walking distance.
Facilities is below expecatation, gym is not clean, no towel, equipments is not in good condition.
Water pressure is low.
Hopefully can improve gym equipements.

NEVER COMING BACK.
Hotel made a mistake in my billing, and I had to pay EXTRA via PAYPAL to settle the bill two days AFTER I checked out. It took the whole afternoon to arrange payment and fix their mistake in the bill. I am the one going out of my way for this, yet the front desk staff are VERY SLOW in answering calls and messages on Whatsapp.
Housekeeping and laundry service are ok but room has small cockroaches. The elevator is also one of the slowest I have ever seen in any hotel.
Please improve your service. I will be staying in a different hotel the next time I visit Balikpapan.

Edit: I paid extra due to exchange rate and paypal fees because I had to be billed a second time. If I was billed correctly at the hotel, I would not have to pay extra fees on paypal. Wasted a whole day waiting for Hotel staff to send me payment link and had to wait for them to confirm they received my payment. Totally unprofessional and uncourteous.

Not too far from airport, only takes 20 minutes from airport, please choose ocean view, and best breakfast. Recomended!

My family and I stayed at this hotel on December 31st to January 2nd. the first impression was fine, the room was also spacious and as expected (I requested a balcony facing the sea). but what really bothered me, the elevator was very long-to wait. it took 15 minutes just to queue down to the lobby. other than that, the breakfast I ate tasted like yesterday's leftovers, the fruit wasn't fresh, the chicken was smelly, the kwetiau was almost stale. (this makes me very disappointed)
the service is also very slow even though there are 3 receptionists but it seems like they are overwhelmed with lots of visitors.

please fix it in the future, terms of facilities and services. thanks.

parking lot is not too big,full with cars so hotel likely are having lots of guest. Room 1116 is a bit dark, the reading lamp beside bed is not working, there are bottle of shampoo, bath soap and conditioner in shower but all empty, instead they replace it with a small tube one for bath gel and one shampoo with no conditioner, the extra pillow available with no cover sheet..no coffee table u0026 chair on balcony, balcony lamp are off at around 23.00 pm - the whole floor!!swimming pool a bit dirty found one leach stick on side wall..
breakfast are so so...sausages only available on request!!????????u200d♂️nothing represent a four star hotel...well maybe because of pandemic but i saw lots of guest during check in and breakfast..maybe would not coming back in the meantime
