The airport of my hometown. I witnessed this airport from just an airfield until it turned into an international airport. From only being landed by propeller planes until now, many jet planes have landed here. Its area also increased very significantly. Now this airport has many facilities, from coffee shops to restaurants, from places to shop for souvenirs typical of Kalimantan to ATM centers. Check-in places are lined up neatly at the airport. The toilet is very clean and fragrant. Hopefully this airport will continue to develop and be kept clean as a local heritage

Airport is new and clean. It is not crowded. It has good facilities; reading area, play area for kids, even water stations to refill your water bottle. Free strollers are available for people with small kids tk use. Overall, nice airport to use. The a/c is not as cold though. Feels more like a fan.

Airport was nice and clean, can be improved by adding travelator to make people easier moving around inside airport building. Need more water in mens toilet urinoir

I think this is one of the cleanest airport in all of Indonesia. There are a lot of check-in counters and I think a total of 11 gates. Although only one check-in counter often is dedicated for each flight, the queues are moderate. Staff are very friendly and helpful when asked for information. Toilet are cleaned often and stayed mostly dry. Waiting rooms have plenty of seats but charging ports are not in a convenient position. Baggage claim during arrival took quite some time. Overall, very satisfied with how this airport is managed.

Arrived here for my Derawan trip. The airport was quite clean. For airport transfer I can ordered online taxi (Go Car, also available Grab Car) which is great ! Even I could meet online taxi officer there to help me ordered my car.

Just transit from JKT to Berau and vice versa. Overall, the air port is clean. Just need some improvements for food corner. There are some new food store which good.

Great airport, very clean but will need more people travelling to help all tenants open back again. Still a lot of check in place not occupied.
