A comfortable hotel with friendly service. It's a good idea not to provide plastic bottles, but to prepare glass bottles that can be refilled at will. In a pandemic situation, please keep the health protocols.

Grande lobby and spacious room. There's bath tub in the bathroom as well. I ordered sandwich for supper and the room service was great, but the food price was quite pricey as expected from a hotel. The breakfast was fabulous, they even had coffee stand and 3 cofee machines.
They had panoramic lift with pool view, indoor playground for kids, and even lactation/nursing room!

In my life never put such a poor coments but i had to for My last experience was horrible in Novotel
1) Poor services start from reception till eveything .
2) reception doesnt understand English at all
3) my room was leakimg with water from rain 2 days.
4) No one Pick up phone.
5) gym mostly thread mill are not working u0026 in bad shape.
6) No towels for gym user .
7) poor servies from Reception.
8) No welcome drink nor greet as A. member at time of check inn.
9) Many more
Last but not not least Mr Florence is doing his best and even once he was in gym and on my request he brought towel by him self so i see only one professional person workkng in Novotel.

Novotel Balikpapan needs to step up. Have reported multiple times during past stays that AC is not cold enough so I didn’t even use the blanket when sleeping. Some cockroaches were found in colleagues’ rooms who stay at the hotel at the same time. We had a group dinner that took tooooo long to prepare and served when there were hardly any guests at the restaurant. The shower valve was leaking which limit water supply to shower head. Toilet bowl that looks like hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Toilet water was also leaking to the floor on my last day there.

A 4-star hotel establishment in Banjarmasin.

Novotel has its own unique atmosphere that makes me feel as being gtreted "welcome back", wherever it stands.

Thia is a good hotel, very comfy, service is the best. Break Fast is a regular menu, but the Nasi Goreng is fragrabt and pretty good. Not that too plain nasi goreng you usually find in a breakfast buffet.

The room is comfy, but I guess it is time for renovation. But I think it would be very difficult since Covid has just been relaxed.

In overall Novitel lives up to its name. The service isbalways friwndly and efficient. Loved it!

This a such amazing hotel...my stay worth very well. Hotel crew, rooms and food are good, they serve the best for customer.

Although the building is a little bit old, their services are excellent. We came too early around 10 AM, but they allowed us to check-in. They also served crabs on breakfast! I really love this hotel and definitely will come back again.
