booked a reservation for a birthday ????
cost almost 50k per child which include a meal box and meal with drinks.
didn't have a good experience with the MC, was hired from outside and everything was in a rush. didn't feel a good ambiance with the birthday. no one gives us attention if we ever need anything during or before or after the party. we just left on our own. which is so strange. no one came to us, asking if we ever needed more meals. I would hate to have another birthday party here for sure. I would go somewhere else. don't waste your money here
also the background they out was not the one I picked. so I just realized after coming I while the guests already in the room.
go pick somewhere else! you've been warned ⚠️

One of drive-thru KFC outlet in the city, unfortunately non-cash payment option is not available.

Edit: today i come here again via drive thru and, guess what, Gopay is accepted.

Place was in a strategic area, near here now so many fast food or fast dine places was located. In kfc it was cozy and have 2 story building, the place was clean and fast service, it also the first kfc drive thru in balikpapan. Came here to taste the salted egg chicken, the chicken was good but i think the salted egg kinda feel weird after couple of minutes ( maybe because when it cold the salted egg sauce get harden and make taste feel weird) i can tell this cause i have taste the real authentic salted egg sauced food. Overall i live the original kfc menu. Taste better.

Out of all the KFC places I have gone to, this was the best place. The place is the biggest KFC store I have ever been to. Its very big and has a second floor that includes a cafe. This place also has a great outdoor table that you can use. The parking space is moderately wide. The food is the same as usual with other KFC places. There is also a drive through so you can get your food on the way to go home. You can also buy food from this place through third party applications such as gojek and grabfood. The last time I went to this place, the waiters are really nice and polite. Overall, one of the best fast food restaurant i have ever been to.
