Good hotel. It's located right next to the airport. The parking has plenty of space, even though it doesn't have basement parking.

The room is cozy and quite big, but the sheets and towel wasn't very clean.

it's kinda good, but the receptionist should be more friendly. at the time, she was really unfriendly. the food is just so so. the room is also so so, there's no bathup, no hair dryer. even, we asked to borrow an iron, but they didn't have it.

I deleted my prev disappointed review because the management quickly made improvements! I have stayed long-term and fond this hotel due to its location (near my office and the airport), spacious-open green atmosphere, friendly staffs (a guy named Samto is a game changer!), attention to details and personalized services. For the price, room is bigger than other hotels in BPP that I stayed. Overall happy with their improvements, came back for another long term stay.

The only advantage of this hotel is that its near airport, otherwise cleanliness our pathetic, they almost gave me floor mats in name of towels, it had all brown and black stains...

Best choice for hotel near airport in balikpapan, only 5-10 minutes from airport. The hotel has a runway view of sultan aji muhammad sepinggan airport. The cafe lounge are in the base floor. And the restaurant in the ground floor. There are massage and swimming pool near the restaurant. Some room must be checked again by the staff, last time my room has a broken remote AC so we can't control the temperature. Rest of all are good.

Great hotel within 8 minutes drive to the airport makes it convenient for traveler. Rooms are spacious but needs improvement in cleaning. spotted some dusty spots in the room around working space and toilet, which would be better if they're cleansed more thoroughly

Don't expect good services even if you are regulars here. Better find other hotels.
