Nice Mall, with access to Kuta Beach, i recommend to watch sunset in kuta from there. U can buy drink from street kiosk and sitting enjoy sunset at beach.

Left behind, deserted, empty...... those are the impressions I got on my last visit.
I felt a bit sad for this mall.
Not only Covid but a big hit from the neighbor (and much much better) shopping center -Beachwalk- really take this mall down.
In past 90s and early 2000s this is the king of Mall in Kuta, Bali.
But everything change and nothing last forever.
This is what happened to Discovery. Even though they had the best scenery in Kuta, because they are located in Kuta beach.
And the back of the Mall brings you straight to the beach! Cool, right.
But like I said, time has changed and I think most tourists prefer to stay on the south coast of Bali which is Canggu area.
Not to mention the emerge of Beachwalk mall put Discovery to the end(?) of its era.

It was once the most sophisticated and lively shopping centre in Kuta few years ago... But Covid and competition from new shopping centre nearby making this place lost its costumers. Today only few business remain inside, most of them left empty, making this place bit creepy. Need major overhaul and upgrade to revitate this shopping centre to make it lives again. Please don't let this shopping centre died.

Great shopping destination with many brands both local and some international… you can get items which are exclusive to Bali handicraft and art form to some of the imported stuff. Really liked the bakery in the mall. It served really fresh and yummy stuffs.

I enjoyed visiting this mall especially near sunset time. We can watch some teens basketball playing with sunsets as the background.
It is quite relaxing since not too many people surrounding. Its sunset panorama is another choice if you think Kuta is too mainstream.

Maybe because of pandemic so less of people coming. But the mall is bit disappointed, not much attraction inside and less of store are open. But i like their part which showing the painting along the way

Lots of construction outside the mall. Not many shops are open or occupied. 3 stars for the mall but 5stars for the nice sunset.
